fm26 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the fm26 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein. This document applies to all registered users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the fm26 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. fm26 reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms apply to all users accessing the fm26 platform from Malaysia and any other permitted locations. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any of this platform's services.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of fm26 services, you must register an account with accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same user is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, whether performed by you personally or by any third party who gains access to your login credentials. - Registration information must be truthful and non-misleading.
- Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that the devices they use are secure and free from malware.
- Fm26 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence.
Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the fm26 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include TNG eWallet, FPX online banking, Maybank and CIMB. fm26 does not accept payments in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name. Users are not permitted to use another party's bank account or digital wallet to make deposits or withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account whose registered name matches the name on the fm26 account.
Fm26 reserves the right to reject, suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or any activity that violates these terms. In such cases, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended pending the outcome of an investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to change and will be communicated through the platform.
Liability Limits, Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Liability Limits
Fm26 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, data loss or unauthorised access resulting from factors beyond our control. This platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties of fitness for any particular purpose.
Account Suspension & Closure
Fm26 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:
- The user has violated any term set out in this document.
- Fraudulent activity, manipulation or platform abuse detected.
- The user provided false information during registration or identity verification.
- Multiple accounts registered by the same user.
- Activity in violation of Malaysian law is detected.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, any remaining credit balance may be frozen or forfeited depending on the outcome of fm26's internal investigation.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the fm26 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code and multimedia materials — is the exclusive property of fm26 or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying or exploiting any such content for commercial or any other purposes without prior written consent from fm26.
Third-Party Links
The fm26 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. fm26 does not control the content of those websites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from their use. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Fm26 reserves the right to modify, add to or amend these terms at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the fm26 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed dispute resolution channels, or where necessary, through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
